Oh yeah, we have a couple of things we charge for (I'll tell you those at the bottom of this page), but the truth is I HATE TO COLLECT, and I DON'T want to argue over $7.50 worth of copies, faxes, printing, etc. Takes more time, energy, money to collect than I could recover. So we just don't charge extra.

Question? Of course you have. We INCLUDE franchise fee in the split. Makes it EASIER on all of us! Family atmosphere? We have a GROUP of agents that HELP each other. We don't have to lock doors here. Free printing? Will someone abuse that? They will, and we'll deal with that on an individual basis. No need to punish those doing it RIGHT for the one messing up.
ALL our inhouse training is FREE. NEVER a charge. SOMETIMES, we'll have a special program that inolves some OUTSIDE training materials (like the Sell with Soul series), and we generally HELP with those costs.
