So you want to become a Real Estate Agent - The first question to ask is "Why?"

WEBIMAGES: recruiting-real-estate-agents.jpg

Yes, this is a serious question!  Many people enter the field of real estate sales because they think it’s an EASY business (it isn't), where you can get rich quick (probably not), and that you’ll have lots of time on your hands (yes, you can CHOOSE which 60 hours a week you work!).  Fact is, real estate is a business, and like any other new business, you have to build it, which takes (a lot of) work and (a lot of) time.

But if you truly care about people, if you want to help them solve their problems, and you are self-motivated, you CAN succeed!

RWW Agents Say"...Ethics and morals have always been a part of me and unfortunately I find that is lacking quite a bit in the Real Estate business. But certainly not here..."  Joel W.

Do You Have the RIGHT Personality for Real Estate?

Contrary to popular belief, there is no ONE personality that can succeed in real estate. Perhaps you've been told you’d be great in sales… or conversely, that you wouldn't! Well, we don’t believe that any personality type is best (or, for that matter, unsuited) for a career in real estate; in fact, we believe that most personality types can do VERY well in Real Estate Sales - IF the person understands, accepts and embraces their strengths … and weaknesses.

(The actual cost of these last items is pro-rated depending on the time of year you activate your license). So, in total, expect to spend up to around $1600 becoming a licensed real estate agent.
