A broker is about LEADERSHIP - SERVING - PARTNERSHIP - CARING - RESPONDING. Trust me, in THIS company, a broker answers the legal questions, but that IS NOT what I think a broker should spend most of their time doing.
At RWW, we believe that a broker’s role is to lead, to serve, to care, to respond, and to be a partner, not a boss. Sure, your broker should also be available to answer your legal questions, but that should not be, in our opinion, a broker’s primary role. Good leadership also means your broker doesn’t compete with you. We believe that the owners and staff of RWW need to be available to serve you when YOU need them, just as your clients want you available on THEIR schedule. If your broker is busy showing homes or worrying about his own closings, he can't give you the attention you need and deserve.
How do we serve our agents? Well, for one thing, we don’t nickel and dime you to death. At many other companies, agents are typically charged for making copies, faxing, printing, for this program and that one. It must be a full-time job just to keep track of it all! We like to keep things simple - for accounting, for collection, and for peace of mind. And, so we can all concentrate on serving our clients, NOT arguing with our agents about the $15 copy charge or how many faxes an agent sent or whether the franchise fee has capped, or...fill in the blank!

At closing we DO charge $40 for E&O insurance. We give you a commission check based on YOUR split. No other monthly bills, no fees for this, or percentages of that. Your split. That pays for ALL the tools we have for you.
Aside from your split which is paid at closing, you will receive no other monthly bills, no random fees for this or percentages of that. Your split. That pays for ALL the tools we provide to you.
Tools are nice, but automation makes them even better. Because good automated systems give you more time, and less data input.
Want some examples:
• YouTube Channel: All listings are posted to YouTube directly from your input to the MLS, including branding, pictures and a recording.
•Virtual Tours: We provide Virtual Tours with a one-button posting to our MLS (no copy and paste of a URL), and one-button posting of all listings to REALTOR.com
• Open House Listing: All open houses are automatically input into the MLS, our website and REALTOR.com.
• Custom Flyers: We provide online and printable flyers listings that can be posted on multiple websites including Craigslist.
• Email Blasts & Newsletters: –We save you time in uploading and downloading leads and designing your communications. Even better, all web leads are added to your blasts without additional work on your part.
Leadership ALSO means I don't compete with you. I believe that Owners and Staff need to be available to serve you when YOU need it. Just like YOUR clients want you on THEIR schedule. If I'm busy showing homes or worried about a closing, I can't concentrate on your needs. And just like your clients, I do LOTS of things in the background that you never know about - making your life easier.
Personal Branding is PROMOTED in this company. We DO NOT have a standard company card. I sit with you and design/order your first set of cards - helping YOU to be memorable in your CLIENTS minds. Because when YOU succeed, then I succeed.
