I am literally proud to be at Realty World Alliance. Ethics and morals have always been a part of me and unfortunately I find that is lacking quite a bit in the Real Estate business. But certainly not here. It's important to me that the people and companies I associate with have strong ethical and moral standards. Greg Fox, and company certainly does! That's the biggest reason.

Others things I like about being here is the really cool stuff Greg does for us. The services provided to us at no cost. The services provided to us at discounted cost. The education, enthusiasm, the help and the genuine care that is here at Realty World Alliance. I wouldn't have it any other way!

RW "Technology Package" is second to none for lead generation AND Marketing of our Sellers homes.

Greg negotiates for us for the best prices (sometimes FREE) for the things that are important for our business... ie: Realtor.com, cell phones, Virtual Tours, Tool Kit CMA, etc. RW has great "splits", no hidden or confusing fees, RW is the best bang for the buck in Wichita.

I was speaking with Brady and then Greg just today about a contract and some direction they would take and felt compelled to tell Greg how unusual it seemed after all these years that every time I call the office Brady or Greg normally one of them answer(live) and they actual answer your question or confirm my direction is correct, TRUST ME that is a novel thing, the last broker I was with about 10 years could never answer my questions,and if I could ever reach them I was always referred to KREC, or check with the board.

One last thing about Realty World and its staff, they care about people not just business (even though we are all in it for the money), my personal life is quite restrictive now but I also told Greg that after all these years of seminars and paying Relo sanction fees. I had NEVER!!! received a lead from any company I had been with, don't know how but Greg sent me a lead in March I followed up and converted client into a nice sale, and with paperless pipeline transactions I rarely need to leave home other than showings or closings.
