2004 came and we started looking for a way to expand our business to Resale. We looked at several franchises - then chose Realty World. They were a FRESH look in Wichita, Flexible allowing the kind of BRANDING I encourage in my Agents. Realty World allowed us to CHOOSE the tools and programs making sense for OUR market - they DID NOT require a strict structure that MIGHT WORK elsewhere, but not in our market. They allow us to develop our brand WITH THEM, Where are we now?2 offices continuing my vision - SMALLER more INTIMATE offices. Situated in EAST and WEST Wichita for EASY access by your clients. An eye open for a 3rd location as our economy improves - along with our steady growth. Virtual EVERYTHING so you can work from EITHER LOCATION, your HOME, your CAR, where ever you have Internet access. We believe the Bricks and Mortar office is IMPORTANT if locations are convenient for you and your clients, while the virtual office let's you operate wherever you have Internet access. We've grown STEADILY - NO big growth spurts CHALLENGING our ability to deliver the QUALITY my agents deserve, but steady enough to move forward prudently. GROWTH is the key word. Our market share and size has grown EVERY year since we've started. Growth that happens not ONLY because agents chose to join us, but MORE importantly, they choose to stay. Realty World has only lost 3 agents because THEY wanted a different company. RETENTION is what shows a company serves their agents well. Realty World Wichita in the Future: Where do we go from here? Our original vision continues. Having 4, 5, 6 SMALLER offices scattered around our area. ALL services available via the internet cloud. Staff from ONE office being able to assist agents and staff in ANOTHER office because ALL are virtually linked. Offices that have tools set up LIKE each other, with access by ALL agents, so they can EASILY assist their clients WHERE EVER it is convinient for THE AGENT, and for THE CLIENT. While keeping STAFF to a minimum, because LOCATION no longer matters for FILES, WEB ACCESS to ALL programs, and staff can assist EACH office. The vision means your MAIN office would be SMALLER, with a more FAMILY atmosphere in your group of 25-35, while having the POWER of a larger entity - more SIGNS, better PURCHASING POWER, and MORE DISCOUNTS for agent services.
