I was speaking with Brady and then Greg just today about a contract and some direction they would take and felt compelled to tell Greg how unusual it seemed after all these years that every time I call the office Brady or Greg normally one of them answer(live) and they actual answer your question or confirm my direction is correct, TRUST ME that is a novel thing, the last broker I was with about 10 years could never answer my questions,and if I could ever reach them I was always referred to KREC, or check with the board.

One last thing about Realty World and its staff, they care about people not just business (even though we are all in it for the money), my personal life is quite restrictive now but I also told Greg that after all these years of seminars and paying Relo sanction fees. I had NEVER!!! received a lead from any company I had been with, don't know how but Greg sent me a lead in March I followed up and converted client into a nice sale, and with paperless pipeline transactions I rarely need to leave home other than showings or closings.
